Legal Project Manager
We are in search of a talented and experienced Legal Project Manager (LPM) to join our team. As a LPM, you will be responsible for handling cases related to blockchain, fintech, and startups in various industries. You will need to interact with financial institutions from different countries around the world, as well as participate in cases involving obtaining crypto and financial licences.
Responsibilities:
– Creation of policies, contracts, and corporate documentation;
– Provide Fintech, Blockchain, and corporate legal advice and support to clients;
– Incorporate companies in various jurisdictions worldwide;
– Open corporate and private accounts for businesses;
– Stay up-to-date on changes in international laws and regulations.
Requirements:
– Degree in Law, with an advanced degree (e.g., JD, LLM) preferred;
– Previous experience as a Legal Project Manager or in a similar role;
– Strong understanding of legal principles and practices, particularly in areas relevant to blockchain, fintech, and startups;
– Experience with international legal matters and regulations;
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian considered a benefit;
– Strong project management and organisational abilities;
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
– Attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
– Legal licensure or certification is a plus.
